If your children enjoy swimming, we would love to have them on the Woodhaven Swim Team. It is a great opportunity for kids (ages 4-18) to learn valuable swimming skills, while being part of a team. We have approximately 100 swimmers on the Woodhaven Swim Team each summer. We swim in the Southern Swim League made up of 12 clubs from the Greater Dayton area. To learn more about the SSA League, see Southern Ohio Swim League website.

Make checks payable to: "Woodhaven Swim Club."
This must be paid by June 7, 2019 along with an accompanied SSA registration form (one for each swimmer) in order to make your child eligible to swim in the first meet. We also ask that you fill out an absentee form for each swimmer and turn it into the coaches by June 4, 2019 as well.
All swimmers will have the opportunity to be fitted for and purchase suits at our Woodhaven Pool within the first week. Please look for that information in team emails. Practice suits, goggles, caps and other swimming apparel will also be available for purchase. Woodhaven swim caps (which must be worn in meets) will also be available (free to team members) from any swim committee representative and from the pool office.
Our Swim Banquet will be at the end of the season, at Woodhaven.
Working Swim Meets / Official's Clinic
Please note that swim team parents are required to work at least 3 meets and/or Finals. Volunteering via Sign-up Genius will be ready by the May 24, 2019 parents meeting. Please sign up as soon as possible or contact any member of the Swim Team Committee if you have questions.
The team also needs more parents interested in being officials at our swim meets. Officials will receive worker credit for both their initial shadowing and the work they do at each meet. There are other perks to being an official as well, see a committee member for details.
