Large Group Event and Shelter Reservation Policy

- Shelter reservations must be made with a manager at the pool.

- All large group events (10 or more guests, whether swimming, or playing tennis/pickleball) must reserved with a manager.
-The Large Group/Shelter Reservation form must be submitted when making the reservation.
Group Function Policy​
- Group functions may have up to 20 guests with additional non-swimming (or tennis/pickleball) permitted. A group may not be broken into smaller groups to avoid the guest limit.

- Parties of 20+ swimming, tennis or pickleball guests must submit a separate request in writing to the Board for approval. The Large Group/Shelter Reservation form does not constitute Board approval.

- All guests (including non-swimming, etc) must pay a $5.00 guest fee
-An adult pool member must remain with the party for its entirety and is responsible for conduct of all guests, who must follow all pool rules.
